运动控制平台VDM-018

        VDM-018系列二维运动平台采用二维整体设计,通过步进或伺服电机控制,实现空间X Y两轴调整自动化,方便与或其它方式检测集成。同时可以根据客户的需要提供相机、光源等器件多自由度安装的夹具。

         关键零部件:精密滚珠螺杆,弹性联轴器均为高质量产品,并提供平台质量保证。电机与滚珠螺杆通过弹性联轴器连接,排除空回及加工形位误差;相对运动部分采用交叉滚柱导轨滚动摩擦;安装限位开关保护产品;标准接口,方便信号传输;台面可装卡载物玻璃,底座有螺纹及通孔两种固定方式,可根据具体情况方便安装。
